I have mixed feelings about Seattle Laptop. On the one wing, they seem to have a very good reputation when it comes to repair of laptops, and selling used ones. On the other wing, they've gotten rid of a lot of the non-laptop parts and goodies they used to have, and their prices, to my eyes, seem on the high side.
Example: I called them when I was hunting for a new battery for and older Dell Latitude C640, and was shocked to receive a quote of $149 for a new one (they didn't have any used ones). I later found the same battery, new, on Ebay, for less than half that price.
I very much doubt you'd ever have any trouble getting an honest deal or honest repair work from them. However I would also urge you to shop around and compare if all you're doing is looking for stuff to buy.
